I own this book and think it’s great. Rather than being a “cookbook” of Pagan-themed activities for kids, it is actually a thoughtful look at parenting practices for Pagans and other spiritually open people. Lots of interesting ideas here.

As the mom of 2 teens with an atheist ex who “got Christianity” when we divorced, I completely understand what you mean by “uphill battle.” Please let your friend know that we’re here as a resource and hope to have more resource material for pagan children and parents in the near future.

Thank God (and the Goddess) that there are books like this! I have a friend who is fighting an uphill battle against her conservative relatives in trying to raise a pagan daughter.
